Our Development Director Johanna Schober teamed up with researchers Peter Steinkellner and Elfriede Czerny to submit a paper based on her master thesis to the ABSRC 2010 (Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Conference 2010) in Olbia, Sardinia.

Among more than 150 submissions, we are proud to announce that the paper received a Best Paper Award on the conference.

The paper titled "Strategic Human Resource Management in the German-speaking Video Games Industry" investigates human resource processes in the local games industry, and will be published in the Advances in Business-Related Scientific Research Journal.
